Robert is the Country Manager of Offerista Polska, the No. 1 Drive 2 Store chain in Europe, which supports retail chains and manufacturers with its reach and main services in digital trade marketing.
Robert has been an active participant in the Polish Internet market since 1999.

During this time he has been involved in the development of two main horizontal portals: Gazeta.pl and Interia.pl. In both of these organizations, he was in charge of the General Director of Advertising Offices.
Additionally during this time he was working for the development of the digital market within IAB Polska.
Over two years he has been supporting the largest retail chains and brands in the digital transformation in the Offerista Polska in order to provide measurable advertising success, which will bring increased sales in stationary stores.

Marina Dubakina serves as the President and Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA Retail in Poland. Previously, she held the position of Regional Director. She has been with IKEA for over 20 years, initially working within the company’s Russian operations, where she held, among others, the role of Country Human Resources Director. She later moved to Sweden to work directly with the CEO of the IKEA Retail. After that, she took on the role of Market Director in Barcelona before relocating to Poland in 2021.

Marina is passionate about people, their development, and a style of leadership that fosters growth for both individuals and entire teams. In her personal life, she values spending time outdoors and has a deep love for nature. She is also passionate about traveling and discovering new places, which serve as a source of inspiration and fresh perspectives.

Marina Dubakina has been part of the IKEA Retail team in Poland since March 2021, first as Market Area Manager and since 1 February 2022 as CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer. She joined IKEA almost 20 years ago in Russia as part of the HR team. She had various roles; her last job was as Country HR Manager for Russia. Later, she moved to Sweden to become Assistant to the Global Retail Manager and continued as a Market Manager in Barcelona, Spain.

He has been with Mastercard since 2016, responsible for the development of the acceptance network and business cooperation with acquirers and commercial partners. He has over 10 years of experience working on projects related to e-commerce, payment digitalization, and customer experience optimization. He is currently, among other responsibilities, coordinating the rollout of the global standard for online card payments Click to Pay. Previously, at Bank BGŻ, he managed retail banking sales teams, overseeing sales activities including planning and performance monitoring, as well as cooperation with financial intermediaries. He also delivered projects for BIZ Bank and mBank, implementing IT systems supporting business process management within financial institutions. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Faculty of Quantitative Methods in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also participated in the prestigious Advanced Leadership Program for Poland, organized by the Center for Leadership (CL). Privately, he is a father of two. An active and curious individual, he is interested in personal development, rally racing, literature, and endurance sports such as cycling and running.

Working in the field of modern technologies, artificial intelligence, management and creating new ventures from scratch – this has been his daily business for many years. As part of the Żabka Future Business Incubator he is responsible for the strategy of commercialization of the concept of autonomous stores, their economy and customer experience. In his career, he has worked with global clients on the transition to a technology platform-based economy, data-driven strategy development, and an omnichannel approach to customer service. He also knows exactly what business is from an entrepreneurial perspective – he founded, scaled and sold a software house specializing in analytics and Big Data.
Besides his work, his great passion is science. He loves to expand his knowledge and share it with his students at the Warsaw University of Technology, of which he is a lecturer. His hobby is traveling, preferably where there is good cuisine and wine. He is a fan of science fiction literature, from which he draws inspiration for the development of business and technology.

Since 2008 President of Polish Organization of Commerce and Distribution which associate the biggest international retail and wholesale companies in Poland. 2000 till 2017 Director of the METRO AG Representative Office in Poland representing METRO AG companies Makro C&C, Real and Media Saturn Holding towards state authorities, NGO’s and industry associations. Vice President of Employer’s Confederation Lewiatan. Vice President of the European trade association EuroCommerce in Brussels.
Since 2012 Chairman of the Central Eastern Europe Council, representing modern distribution channel of the CEE region towards EU institutions.

In Lidl Poland since 2013. As Head of Corporate Affairs &CSR, she is responsible for coordinating activities in the area of external communication, corporate social responsibility, internal communication and PA. Previously, she dealt with PR, SoMe and training for healthcare sector units. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the Poznań University of Economics and the Medical University in Poznań.

Michał has 19 years of banking experience. Over that time he was responsible for (i.a.) development & relationship management with strategic corporate clients, business teams’ management, development & implementation of the sectorial strategies (Food&Agri and TSL). He gained his experience in Rabobank Group, where he worked in Poland (Rabobank Polska and BGZ) and as well as in the Netherlands (bank’s HQs and Corporate Network). In the process of BNPP and Rabobank/BGZ merger was responsible for integration of the strategic and multinational corporate clients, and subsequently Michał became head of Large Corporates Department. He worked also in Corporate Division of Santander Bank, where was responsible for development of TSL sector strategy. Currently is responsible for Food&Agri sector strategy and growth for BNPP Group’s bank in CEE & Turkey. Michał graduated from Krakow University of Economics.

Robert Stupak is a Board Member and the Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce & IT Director at Carrefour Poland. He oversees marketing strategy, digital transformation, e-commerce development, pricing, services, data management and the technologies shaping the customer experience.
Previously, he headed marketing at Bricoman Poland (ADEO Group) and at Kaufland Poland, where he drove a comprehensive marketing and digital turnaround. He brings over 20 years of international leadership experience in marketing, brand, strategy and digital, including roles at Hewlett-Packard in London supporting Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He began his career in a global internet start-up, advancing to Head of Marketing & PR.
He studied English philology and computer science. An avid golfer and long-time Zen practitioner.

He commenced his professional career with EdS-PL a subsidiary of the Belgian industrial group TRACTEBEL / WATCO, participating in the start-up of the waste management operation of the group in Poland. His responsibilities included, among others, the preparation of new projects.
He was subsequently connected with the launching of a recycling project in few towns in Poland and became member of the Board in the appointed recycling company.
As of 1996 Commercial Director in the first company in Poland processing hazardous wastes into alternative fuel for cement plant.
Connected with the Polish recovery organization – Rekopol Organizacja Odzysku S.A. from 2001 and as of September 2005, Member of the Board of Rekopol. Rekopol is member of ProEurope. In 2014, he was appointed as President of the Management Board of Rekopol Packaging Recovery Organization SA

Konrad has been working in the FMCG industry for last 10 years. He gained experience in research and analysis of FMCG market data while working for Jeronimo Martins Polska, OMD Media, and for over 7 years associated with NielsenIQ. All the time spent in Nielsen, Konrad is engaged in cooperation with retail chains, he currently manages the part of NielsenIQ focused on supporting Retailers’ in Poland. Thanks to his daily contact with retail chains from hypermarkets, through discounters to petrol stations, he has a broad perspective on the Polish FMCG market, and he also closely observes consumer trends affecting retailers’ business. He is a graduate of Econometrics and Computer Science at the Warsaw University, a fan of Italian football and cuisine, collector and music connoisseur.
